The GUSHI HHPST Super Thin Turbo Diamond Saw Blade is a hot-pressed sintered blade with an ultra-thin continuous-rim turbo design that delivers fast, smooth, chip-free cutting of tile, ceramic, marble, granite and other hard materials. The narrow 1.0–1.6mm kerf cuts clean with minimal material waste and low resistance, while the high-quality industrial diamond grain keeps the edge sharp through the full 5–10mm segment height. Available in 7 diameters from 4″ (100mm) to 9″ (230mm) with 16/20/22.23/25.4mm arbors for both dry and wet cutting, it is manufactured by Huzhou Gu’s Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. The defining feature is the super-thin turbo rim. Where a standard continuous-rim blade has a thicker, plain edge, the HHPST rim is narrowed to 1.0–1.6mm and given a turbo profile that clears slurry and debris through the cut. The result is a blade that glides through glazed tile and brittle porcelain with far less chipping than a thicker blade — on most cuts, the edge is already clean enough that no edge-grinding pass is needed.

How the Super Thin Turbo Blade Works

1. Ultra-Thin Turbo Rim Cuts Clean Through Brittle Materials

The HHPST rim is narrowed to just 1.0–1.6mm and given a continuous turbo profile. Because the kerf is so thin, the blade removes less material per pass and generates less side pressure on the workpiece — which is exactly why glazed tile and porcelain chip less.
