  1. Inspect the rubber pad for cuts, embedded debris or wear before each task; replace a damaged pad immediately.
  2. Clean the load surface — it must be flat, smooth, non-porous and free of oil, water, dust and release agents.
  3. Wipe the pad with a clean, dry cloth; moisture or grease on the pad sharply reduces grip.
  4. Check the panel weight against the rating: Ø120 mm → ≤60 kg, Ø160 mm → ≤100 kg, Ø200 mm → ≤150 kg vertical.
